FAQ
Got questions? We've got answers about roofing and what we do.
You don’t have to be present if there is no interior damage that requires us to enter the home. However, attic access is highly recommended during roof inspections to ensure a comprehensive evaluation.
Absolutely. We can help you navigate the claims process & provide documentation to your carrier regarding your loss.
Usually no, unless you have had a hailstorm recently, there could be hundreds of places for the roof to leak. It’s best to call a professional roofing contractor to look at your roof. Usually, most leaks can be narrowed down to one spot or area, also while the roofer is up there, they can find other small problems that should be fixed so that the problem doesn’t hang around later.
Under city ordinance, we can begin the tear-off process no earlier than 7 am and begin heavy machinery no earlier than 8 am. Typically, a re-roof of just one layer of shingles on a one-story house will only take just one day! Facing unexpected additional construction, large roof replacement projects, or several other scenarios, will take no more than just two full days for a full roof replacement including a thorough clean-up. All work is dependent upon weather conditions.
